Hello. We have been renting this house for the past 11 years.

Elderly owner has passed away and property is now in the courts -so we are looking to relocate to a similar situation.

Semi retired couple with one small Pomeranian dog. Old fashioned clean quiet respectful.

We currently pay $950 per month and are responsible for lawn-care and basic maintenance.

Never been late with payment (Two houses in 25 years).

If you are looking for QUALITY long term drama free tenants give me a call (text or email) and we can talk.
