Fred likely won't tell the prospective tenants that he plans to sell the property soon which the new owner could decide not to renew your lease and terminate you tenancy. The apartment is infested with pests. I've never seen an ant infestation this bad. When it rains, it leaks into the apartment and under the flooring, especially in the bathroom. The mold is definitely growing there. The "new" flooring is not new anymore because of the water damage from the leaks. The kitchen sink drain leaks water under the sink. He doesn't maintain the yard, its a jungle. He did not fix anything when brought to his attention. The apartment was not clean when it was time to move in. I had to clean it myself. Fred does not care about his tenants, just about doing the bare minimum and getting his rent check. If you don't care about these things, by all means slum it up here.
