We are seeking a skilled, detail-oriented, and dependable Professional Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience in framing, finish carpentry, drywall, plumbing, electrical and residential remodeling, takes pride in craftsmanship, and operates safely and efficiently on job sites.
Construct, install, and repair structures, framework, cabinetry, trim, and fixtures according to plans and specifications.
Measure, cut, assemble, and join materials (wood, fiberboard, drywall, composites) using hand and power tools.
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and building codes.
Inspect site work and maintain high quality, precise, and level finishes.
Perform site prep, layout, framing, window/door installation, and trim/finish work.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to safety protocols.
Collaborate effectively with sub-trades, project leads, and clients.
Experience: Professional carpenter experienced in residential. That can perform job on their own.
Skills: Proficient in operating power tools, stationary equipment, and precision hand tools.
Knowledge: Deep understanding of carpentry materials, joinery, framing, and finish techniques.
Tools & Transport: Must possess a core set of hand/power tools and reliable transportation to job sites.
Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50/80 lbs, work on ladders/scaffolding, and stand/bend for extended periods.
Soft Skills: Punctual, reliable, strong communication skills, and a strong work ethic.
License: Valid driver’s license required.
Pay Rate: $20.00 – $30.00 per hour (or per project/commensurate with experience)
