Rent is $600 per person when all 4 rooms are filled. Utilities are also split and are about $100-200 each per month.
The upstairs bathroom is shared between 3 residents and there is an additional half bathroom downstairs. Washer and dryer are located in the garage and work great.
I am a renter here myself and have been here since 2022. The house is managed by Complete Property Management.
They will need proof of income and for new tenants to sign a lease for 6 months to 1 year.
No more pets are allowed unfortunately as a decision of the homeowner. There is one cat currently living here. He is very friendly.
The common areas are furnished and we don't have much room for furniture or storage outside of the bedrooms.
There is some storage space in the garage, but I also use some of that space for gear storage and pay a higher portion of the rent to account for that.
About us: I'm very easy going and fairly quiet, though I am a musician and sound engineer. I am home often, and like to keep the place tidy. The other long term resident is a CPH student who spends a lot of time at school and studying.
Our ideal candidates are: tidy, responsible, good at communication,
used to a communal living situation, without a lot of furniture or need for storage,
and looking for a quiet space to live. Students welcome! Longer term residents preferred.
