Brand-new, complete Chesapeake Light Craft Northeaster Dory kit, still sealed in the original four boxes and stored indoors. Selling because I need the shop space for another project.

The Northeaster is a beautiful, lightweight 17' rowing dory for solo or tandem rowing. Finished hull weighs approximately 95–100 lbs. Optional sailing rig available from CLC.
The CNC-cut LapStitch construction is simple and easy for someone with basic woodworking experience. Boat can be assembled in 5 1/2 days—it’s the kit used at the Wooden Boat School's weeklong dory building class.
Never opened, never started, complete and factory-new.
