a friend just gifted me two functional Tascams

I've got a Marantz PMD720 that has some kind of sensor error which makes it stop as soon as it starts. It used to work exceptionally well, I can't figure it out.

Ross Zx4 I just got this and I don't have a psu for it so it is as is untested, I don't want 4 multi track cassette recorders in my house.

Make me an offer on either or both.
