My wife and I are looking to relocate to Arcata area and we are looking for a small house to buy within biking distance of the plaza, ideally on a hill in town or near the university. We know what it's like to get attached to land and a house and not want it messed up by a new owner. We would never use herbicides or damage habitat in any way. We love wild nature and and would allow it to thrive long term, if you decided to entrust it to us. We have ten years of experience of rewilding and restoring our 15 acres in the Sierra, and strong references. We're also open to sublet/ house sit situations and have extensive experience with rabbits, cats, dogs, birds, etc.
