This mother-in-law studio is well located in a safe and peaceful neighborhood in sunny Arcata, not far from the Plaza and Creamery District. It shares this address with the main home, however it has a private entrance with a well-lit walkway on the west side of the property.

* Kitchenette - (not a full kitchen) includes a counter with wooden drawers and cabinets for storage, stainless sink and faucet, countertop burner, microwave, air fryer/ toaster over (newer than in photos), and a compact refrigerator with freezer.
* Bathroom - vanity, medicine cabinet, toilet, shower. No mold!!!
* Sleeping - fits a twin or full size bed, which can be elevated for storage underneath; ceilings are standard height; window located near the bed nook for added ventilation
* Heating - small gas heater and thermostat maintained annually; this place is warm, cozy and is fully insulated.
* Laundry - shared access may be discussed and agreed upon by all tenants; laundromats with free transfers are within a short distance
EXTERIOR
* Parking - street parking with driveway access for loading/ unloading
* Yard - side yard is private although not fenced; garden space in back; front and back yards may be shared with the main home if there is agreement between renters; covered bike storage may be possible
* Trash / Recycling - located on the opposite side of the home; shared cost and responsibility
