Brand-new, never-built Chesapeake Light Craft (CLC) Northeaster Dory kit. Complete and still in the original boxes. Never opened, started, assembled, or taken out of the boxes. Stored indoors.
The Northeaster is a beautiful, stable, efficient, and genuinely capable 17' dory. It rows exceptionally well, can be sailed with CLC's optional sail kit, and is rated for up to 800 lbs. It's equally at home as a solo rowing boat, a tandem boat for two adults, or a comfortable small family boat.
This is one of CLC's most popular designs and the same kit used in their boatbuilding classes.

The hull uses 6mm okoume plywood, with a 9mm plywood bottom fiberglassed on both sides and onto the side planking. Bulkheads are laminated from layers of 9mm plywood. Once epoxied and fiberglassed, the result is a remarkably light but very strong hull.

Four boxes, factory new. Everything is exactly as purchased from CLC. The boxes have been stored indoors and the kit has never been started or assembled.
There are numerous build videos, tutorials, and owner write-ups online if you'd like to see what the construction process is like.
