We will be putting our family home up for rent January 1st. It is a three bedroom two bathroom home with a front yard and access to half the garage for storage. There is a small unit off to the side that is sometimes owner occupied (we live out of state and keep the unit for when we visit). This is a completely private separate unit that does not disturb the main house.
Walking distance to Cal-poly and the plaza in the sunset neighborhood. please reply with a little bit about yourself and your family or your potential roommates. The house is 1/2 furnished and can stay that way or be emptied for you.
