We’re looking for a hands-on Construction Project Manager who can take ownership, lead crews, communicate clearly, and keep jobs moving.
This is not a desk-only position. You’ll be in the field managing residential and commercial exterior-construction projects, including roofing, windows, siding, decks, waterproofing, and related work.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Manage projects from pre-construction through completion
- Coordinate crews, subcontractors, materials, and schedules
- Inspect work for quality and scope compliance
- Keep customers informed throughout the project
- Document progress, changes, and jobsite conditions
- Solve problems before they become delays or callbacks
- Protect job profitability while delivering excellent work
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe jobsites
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Construction or project-management experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to read scopes, measurements, and project documents
- Comfortable using smartphones, apps, photos, and digital systems
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Organized, accountable, and able to manage multiple active projects
- Willingness to work in the field and take full ownership of results
Exterior-construction experience is preferred, but strong candidates from other construction trades are encouraged to apply.
