I recently finished the lower level of my daughter's new home. As part of the project the following tools were purchased new since June and were used during the project. Everything works great.

DeWalt 18 Degree Pneumatic Finish Nailer (brads) $80 (Near full box of brads included)
Ryobi One+ 6 Tool 18V Combo Kit (1/2 inch drill driver, 1/4 inch impact driver, 5 1/2 inch circular saw reciprocating saw, multi-tool and LED light. Includes charger and 2 batteries). Did not use drills or multi tool $100. (Paid $199 plus tax)
Ramset TriggerShot. Includes some nails and shells. $40
Dremel 3100 including some attachment $25
Ryobi Corded Orbital Jig Saw $40
