Short version:
Full kit with rolling, pull-up handle wheeled bag. The bag has a small tear on the front.

Glockenspiel (xylophone). 32 keys.

Comes with those two black, plastic trim pieces that velcro onto the glockenspiel to show the notes.
Nice stand. Inserts straight into the bottom of the glockenspiel and locks solid. The snare drum is the sit on the three arms kind. There aren't two full stands. There is one bottom half of the stand, and you can swap the glockenspiel or snare drum half onto that.
The glockenspiel top half of the stand has a threaded top to screw on the drum practice pad.
Wear:
One front-lower corner of the bag has a 1-2" tear. Circled in a picture. And a line of scuffs across the middle of the front.
$250 firm for a while.
Can deliver to Neenah or so depending on the day.
