The stitching pulled away from the main zipper's metal teeth for an inch or so near the end of the zipper. The rest of the zipper is fine. Could maybe glue it, re-stitch it, or just put a sewing safety pin there to not zip it that last two inches. The zipper still works through that area if the zipper is kept straight, but it's easier to just not zip it the last couple inches.
The glockenspiel has two small scuffs on a couple keys. The drum pad has one ding.
