Liberty Tax is looking for a **dependable, organized, and customer-focused Office Supervisor** to help lead our Appleton, WI location during the upcoming tax season.
**What You'll Do:**
- Lead and support a team of tax professionals.
- Manage employee schedules and daily office operations.
- Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming environment.
- Help drive office performance, growth, and team success.
- Keep the office organized, efficient, and ready for business.
**What We're Looking For:**
- Previous leadership, management, or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- A positive attitude and ability to motivate others.
- Dependability, initiative, and a willingness to learn.
- Tax experience is a plus, but not required!
