We are an indoor Axe Throwing and Escape Room indoor recreation center located on College Ave. If you are looking for a fun and axe-citing job, this is it! We pride ourselves on giving the customer the best experience possible! Friendly, outgoing, and positive trainers wanted!
You will play a vital role in creating memorable experiences for our guests while ensuring the highest standards of hospitality.
Requirements:
1) Strong customer service skills. You will be interacting with the public on a regular basis, we coach guests with safety/training orientation. We are more than customer service representatives, we are entertainers.
2) Ability to be on your feet for 4-6 hrs.
3) Basic bartender Skills - Serve canned alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
4) Candidate must have a Wisconsin Responsible Beverage Server certificate before starting in the new role (We will help with this training)
5) Maintain cleanliness and organization of the facility.
6) Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
7) Manage conflict effectively, addressing any customer concerns or issues promptly.
8) Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations during events or busy periods.
9) Assist in setting up and managing bar services for special events or private functions.
10) Job role requires changing wooden boards, carrying heavier items and cleaning washrooms
11) Must be at least 18 years old to serve alcohol in accordance with local laws.
