Manpower is hiring Entry-Level Quality Control Laboratory Technicians to support quality testing and production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. If you're analytical, detail-oriented, and interested in hands-on laboratory work, this is a great opportunity to build valuable QC and manufacturing experience.
🕒 Available Shifts
- Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM | $18.50/hr
- Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM | $21.00/hr
Must be available to work 12-hour shifts, overtime, and additional hours as required.
✅ What You'll Do
- Collect production line samples at designated times
- Conduct laboratory testing and analysis
- Accurately document and communicate test results
- Provide quality data to support production decisions
- Monitor product quality and instrument performance
- Maintain accurate quality control records
- Calibrate and maintain laboratory and analytical equipment
- Troubleshoot routine equipment issues
- Follow established laboratory procedures and quality standards
- Identify and communicate potential quality concerns
✅ What We're Looking For
- 6 months to 1 year of laboratory testing experience preferred
- 6 months to 1 year of manufacturing, quality control, GMP, or production experience preferred
- Experience with QC inspections, documentation, and data management is a plus
- Strong computer and data-entry skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, quality-focused environment
✅ Physical & Work Environment Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk on concrete floors for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally
- Ability to bend, twist, and perform repetitive movements throughout the shift
- Ability to safely wear required PPE
- Ability to work accurately in a high-production environment
- Reliable attendance and schedule flexibility required
