Looking for a responsible person to share 2 bedroom, 2 bath home.
Private bedroom and full use of guest bathroom. Full use of living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry room, large private decks front and back. Quiet wooded area, good hiking trails, nice neighbors.
Bedroom is currently furnished with a high quality queen size pillow top mattress, full dresser, mirror, end tables, lamps. But, feel free to ask that anything be removed, including use your own furniture. No preference male or female.
House has a relatively new HVAC (2023) central A/C and heat, a wood stove, a 9,500 watt generator in case of power failures or power shutdowns. Have a Home Warranty in case any appliances break down.
Asking for a six month lease: First month’s rent of $1,100 and security deposit $1,000 (can be paid over first 3 months.) First 60 days, either party can cancel for any reason, or for no reason other than they are not satisfied with the housing arrangement.
I hope to find someone friendly and congenial, who keeps their bedroom and bathroom clean. I expect the kitchen to be kept clean when not in use. I respect privacy and respect someone else’s space, and expect the same.
I have a nice, well behaved dog, a 10 year old Yellow Lab. Would consider your pet/pets as long as they get along with mine.
