It’s a 12’ box and the total length is 16’ including the tongue and rear bumper with spare. Width 7’ and height 9’6”. She weighs 2000lbs. It’s a single axle with electric brakes. She has good ST 205 75/14 R tires. She has a new 100-amp hour LiPo4 battery and a single 5-gallon propane tank with a gauge. The battery has a disconnect for storage.
She came fully optioned with “the Leaf pkg.” which includes awning, 4 corner stabilizer jacks, 13.5 BTU A/C, microwave, spare tire kit, bath skylight, front window with rock guard. We keep it covered in our driveway with a reflective cover. All the appliances, lights, water pump, ETC. work as they are supposed to. Has 2 burner stove, single sink, furnace, TV with integral DVD player, and 2-way fridge. Bath has toilet and shower. She has generous storage for being a shorty. Obviously, the dinette is your double bed.
No modifications except all interior and porch lights changed to LED bulbs. The previous owners were artists and sold her with some additional graphics and interior artwork. They did not remove this as they didn’t want to harm the finishes and we agreed. The previous owners also had the toilet upgraded. The roof was resealed in 2025 and again early summer of 2026. I upgraded the battery and resealed the corners 1 month ago.
4 sets of keys. Original owner’s manual, steel spare rim with original full-size tire and custom spare tire cover.
The camper has a clean title in my name and a permanent tag and registration.
