Todd's Couples Super Store is hiring an experienced Night Shift Supervisor to lead our evening team and keep operations running smoothly.
Requirements
• Minimum 2 years of management/supervisory experience
• Retail experience required
• Outgoing, customer-focused personality
• Computer skills, including proficiency in Excel
• Reliable, responsible, and able to lead a team independently during night hours
Responsibilities
• Supervise and support night shift staff
• Ensure excellent customer service standards
• Handle store operations, cash handling, and closing procedures
• Address staff and customer issues as they arise
• Maintain store presentation and inventory accuracy
Stock merchandise and maintain the store's appearance
Ring up purchases as needed
Maintain store cleanliness and organization
Follow company policies, safety procedures, and loss-prevention guidelines
Work collaboratively with team members.
Qualifications:
Previous retail and customer service experience required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable discussing adult-themed products in a professional manner
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
Must have own transportation
Must be at least 21 years old
