Downsizing and have a very good Calphalon Hard-Anodized Aluminum pot that’s from the late 1990s, but in overall very good condition as we’ve used it very little over the years, Which is a very well-made 3 1/2 quart heavy-gauge constructed pot with a long stainless steel handle on one side and a loop helper handle on the other, designed for professional-style use.
