My husband and I are seeking a rodent free two bedroom or large one bedroom apartment in mid to lower Westchester. Preferably not Mt Vernon, New Rochelle or Yonkers. Good storage please. We are a full time professional couple in our 50s. The One thing is we have a very loud cockatoo named Rocky who is our family for 24 years. He can be a screamer but he is quiet at night. So we need an understanding landlord and fellow tenants who will not mind him.
