I live in eau claire wi currently. I have a lot of money saved up and want to relocate to the twin cities area in a radius of 20 min drive surrounding Minneapolis. I don't have a job in mn yet, but I have enough savings to pay rent and security deposit until I find a job. Im 21M, have a car, no pets, no smoking. Looking to move in the next few weeks. Rent should be under 1200 after utilities. Number of roommates/rooms doesn't matter
