In search of an apartment to rent for myself and my teen son. Furnished or unfinished is fine, but we would prefer something that is walkable to downtown shops, the farmer's market, etc.
We have been living on Lana'i where we relocated to about a year ago, but it is time for change. I am a responsible adult with excellent credit, a vehicle and am also a homeowner and will treat your property as I would my own. I have secured employment in Hilo, but still looking for something affordable for the time being while we are becoming established. I am handy and able to provide assistance with maintenance if offered in lieu of part of the rent, but am in a position to pay in full.
