Apartment/Condo Needed September 10 - October 15 !! (Vancouver)

Single male, 29 years old - born and raised in Canada and an UBC graduate but have been living elsewhere for the last few years.
I'm back for a couple months to see family. Looking for a sublet starting September 10th or so until October 15th - but if you have shorter term sublets available, feel free to send me an email.
Simply need an apartment/condo (or similar), ideally near-ish to downtown (including English Bay, Chinatown, Yaletown, even East Vancouver, etc) but am also open to North Vancouver or Kitsilano/UBC area.
I work from home, do not party, and am a very easy tenant (can provide references if you'd like).
