A little about me:
38 year old Male. Half-time outdoor enthusiast (Jeep trips, hiking, fishing), half-time professional homebody (movie marathons and popcorn). I've got a stable career and solid sense of humor. I have a relaxed personality and go with the flow. Im clean and I pick up after myself. Mostly enjoy hanging with my pup. Also, the gym or just binge watching TV.
I work 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Wednesday through Saturday and have every other Wednesday off.
Deposit: $200
Three bedroom house, renting one room, only myself and applicant will be occupying home.
Smoking is okay 10 ft from any doorway outside

Pets: I have a very friendly Alaskan Husky/Labrador mix.
Dog is allowed but rent will increase to $800 a month
