Hello. I have a friend currently in Durango and we are talking about starting a business.
I currently live in a state where housing is less expensive and am having some difficulty finding something similar in Colorado.
I understand the current market, things of that nature but I am aware that there are rentals out there still available between the 800-900 range.
You just have to know somebody, yada yada.
Anyways, looking to relocate. I am a community contributor, registered respiratory therapist, lifeguard, EMT, landscaper and I have tons of references and impeccable rental history.
I'm also willing to trade work for living. I've been doing landscaping for about 9 years so there are few tool I can't use, machines I can't operate and job I can't tackle.
