I'm a 57yr old partially disabled non-smoker but able-bodied independent male looking for an studio/efficiency or 1-bedroom apartment for occupancy 12/1/2026 or ASAP. I'm on a VERY TIGHT budget unfortunately.
I would prefer to deal with LOCAL private landlords with properties to rent
Would prefer to stay in the Greenville/Eaton (Darke or Preble Co) area but not a must.
I'm also open to anyone, preferably male, looking for a roommate to move in and share expenses so if you have an extra room let me know.
