no mold and the only water damage that im aware of was the roof and i fixed it i just didnt finish the pretty part like sanding and painting, refer to the last picture. trailer is titled and registered with pink in hand, tires are brand new, roof on outside was re caulked and a rubber roof was applied, the top vent was also resealed, the inside is remodeled, new fire extinguisher, grip tape on steps inside, there is a foot step support for entering trailer, the inside plugs were all redone and updated, the fridge works great on shore power, there was no table or stove when we bought it so I have a plastic folding table i will include along with a Ozark stove, i also include a toilet and shower tent, a pop up tent for over table, a coleman lantern as well, there is a hitch lock included and wheel chocks, the 7 way connector is newer, there is no battery included but all interior and exterior lights work great, i can include a propane tank if needed but you will need the attachment regulator for the trailer, it did not come with one so i never used propane inside the trailer like the heater, i also never used the water tank or the sink so I took the sink out, i still have it in storage but its not painted or anything but ill include it if you decide you want the sink function. canvas is really great shape, there is a few spots where plastic privacy is starting to pull away from zipper but I have tape on it as a temporary fix, the canvas is also good there is only one spot that could attention but its in a lower corner by the bed and you cant even see it when set up. I cant think of anything else off the top of my head.
