Job description
**Overview:**
DB Graphics is looking for someone to join our team as an experienced Screen Printer knowledge of manual, where your creativity and attention to detail will be key in producing high-quality printed materials. We are seeking a skilled individual with a passion for printing to contribute to our dynamic team.
**Duties:**
- Operate and maintain screen printing equipment
- Prepare screens by selecting appropriate mesh counts and applying emulsion
- Mix and prepare inks for printing jobs
- Set up and align artwork for printing
- Monitor print quality throughout production runs
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the printing process
- Ensure accurate color matching and registration
- Maintain cleanliness of work area and equipment
**Qualifications:**
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator for artwork preparation
- Knowledge of color theory for effective color matching
- Familiarity with layout design for print materials
- Experience with screen printing techniques and processes
- Ability to troubleshoot printing issues effectively
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Nice-to-have skills:
- Basic understanding of opening PDF files
