It is only 12 minute walk to Law School, Business School or 3 minute walk to IM building or U of M Yost Ice Arena.
*You will have 24 hrs /7 days access to your car
*No block in. Parking lot has two exits for easy in and out. Winter snow is professionally plowed.
*Each parking space is numbered and assigned with parking permit issued.
*The parking lot is regularly patrolled, cars park without a validated permit will be towed at car owner's expense.
