*You will have 24 hrs /7 days access to your car
*No block in. Parking lot has two exits for easy in and out. Winter snow is professionally plowed in winter
*The parking lot is regularly patrolled, cars park without a validated permit will be towed at car owner's expense.
*$85 per month for 12 months lease or $95 for 10 month lease with upfront payment at signing of the lease.
