SUGO Pasta Bar, a new Italian concept opening in downtown Ann Arbor, is looking for an experienced Bar Captain to join our opening team.
New York restaurant group (www.osteriacarlina.com) is expanding its horizon and it is looking for someone with great energy, a positive attitude, strong hospitality skills, and natural leadership who can help us build and maintain a great bar experience for the first Michigan Project: SUGO PASTA BAR, ANN ARBOR.
What we’re looking for:
• Strong bartending experience
• Excellent cocktail knowledge
• Knowledge of Italian wines and classic Italian cocktails is highly appreciated
• Leadership skills and ability to set the standard behind the bar
• Professional, organized, reliable, and team-oriented
• Great personality and genuine passion for hospitality
• Ability to contribute to the development of our bar program and grow with the restaurant.
Compensation: $20/hour + tips
A great opportunity to be part of the opening team and play an important role in shaping the bar culture at SUGO.
