1) Are you looking for steady work?
2) Want a weekly paycheck and not have to chase $ - all our jobs are paid out the following week once completed.
3) Yes, this is construction so hiccups with schedule, product and other things happen so do you have patience and can understand we do everything in our power to adjust but can't always make it happen
4) Do you have a valid drivers license and can get yourself and tools thru out MN? WI? Most of our jobs are within 60-minute radius of Minneapolis but we do have some that are few hours away (which we cover hotel)
5) Yes you can make more per job per sq ft on your own but again we handle schedule, customer, product and invoicing so you can focus on install
6) Can you pass a background check?
Average contracted rate is $6-7 a sq ft for tile. Prep, Schluter, niche, etc. extra.
We have been in business for over 15 years and we know in's and out's, we understand the struggles and we try to take that part out of it for installers so you can just focus on installing and steady paycheck. We also understand you will have some of your own jobs and that is fine too only ask for a 2-3 week notice so we can block you off the schedule.
