Location: Anderson, CA
Pay: $28–$34/hour, depending on experience
Schedule: Full-Time – Monday thru Friday

We are seeking an experienced and dependable Maintenance Supervisor to join our
apartment community. The ideal candidate is hands-on, organized, and takes pride in
maintaining a safe, clean, and well-functioning property for our residents.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the maintenance team and daily work assignments
Complete and oversee apartment turns, repairs, and preventative maintenance
Troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, carpentry, and general
building issues
Respond to maintenance requests and emergency situations in a timely manner
Conduct regular inspections of buildings, grounds, common areas, and
equipment
Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed
Maintain inventory of tools, supplies, and maintenance materials
Ensure compliance with safety procedures and property standards
Maintain accurate records of work orders, inspections, and preventative
maintenance
Assist with maintaining the property's curb appeal and overall appearance
Qualifications:
Previous apartment/community maintenance experience preferred
Prior supervisory or lead experience preferred
Strong knowledge of general building maintenance and repairs
HVAC experience/certification is a plus
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve problems independently
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to lift, carry, bend, climb, and perform physical maintenance duties
Strong communication, organizational, and customer-service skills
Must be reliable, professional, and able to work independently
Compensation: $28-$34 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
