Temporary and safe/quiet housing for reliable renters with no long-term contract. This is managed partially by a 501c3 company and partially by the property owner/off-site landlord geared toward low-income individuals and individuals with unstable short-term circumstances. The owner is working with locals to provide furnished shelter in a shared housing in downtown Anderson. The property is clean and well-maintained. The owner is looking for people to fill in the rooms right away. There will be other people in the house who will share the kitchen. There are two full baths one per floor. The house will fit max 8 people and two spots are filled already. Initially you may have a room to yourself but should expect that the house will be filling up and that each room is shared with another individual. You will be responsible for your own things and will be storing your personal belongings 'at your own risk,' and the setup is meant to help people transitioning. There is flexibility if an individual prefers a single room and is willing to pay more. Please email the linked address on this ad with questions or to apply and be connected with the property manager if this sounds right for you. No catch but good behavior from individuals with stable source of income are a must. Hope to hear from you!
