Bowflex Select Tech 552: They adjust from 5 to 52.5 lbs. with just a turn of a dial, eliminating the need for multiple dumbbells and saving space and replacing optional 15 sets of weights. Whole set includes: Dumbbells + Dumbbell stand + Bowflex bench

All equipment is clean and sanitized. Dumbbells are fully functional with smooth rotating option, no issues what so ever. DBells and Bench are in excellent shape, showing very little use.......unfortunately.

The Bowflex bench is adjustable; folding incline/decline bench. Very solid.
