About the Role:
We are looking for motivated and reliable individuals to join our team as Siding and Decking Installers. Whether you are a seasoned carpenter or looking to break into the construction trades, we want to hear from you. We offer comprehensive on-the-job training for the right candidates, meaning no prior experience is required to get started. Because our projects move around, you will get to work at a variety of different job sites.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist with the installation of exterior siding and decking materials on various job sites
Safely operate basic hand tools, power tools, ladders, and equipment
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe exterior workspace
Follow instructions from team leads to ensure projects are built to code and on schedule
Pack, load, and prepare job site materials for daily operations
