We are looking for an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate is a hands on leader who understands that great restaurants are built on great people, exceptional hospitality, consistent food quality, and strong operations.
The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for leading the team, overseeing daily operations, maintaining service standards, and helping drive sales and profitability.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service
- Lead, coach, and motivate restaurant staff
- Hire, train, and develop team members
- Create and manage employee schedules
- Maintain high standards for guest service, food quality, and cleanliness
- Monitor labor, food costs, inventory, and other operating expenses
- Handle guest concerns professionally and find effective solutions
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies
- Oversee opening and closing procedures
- Manage cash handling and daily operational procedures
- Communicate expectations clearly and hold employees accountable
- Build a positive, respectful, and team oriented workplace
- Work with ownership and management to achieve sales and operational goals
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant management or supervisory experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent customer\-service skills
- Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment
- Strong organizational and problem\-solving abilities
- Ability to train, coach, and motivate a diverse team
- Knowledge of food safety and restaurant operations
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
