I'll be relocating to Anchorage in late Jan / early February for work. Financially stable, 800+ credit score, no delinquencies / evictions etc. Full time professional job.
I am looking for 1-2 bedrooms and a garage (plus the standard housing stuff!). Condo, apartment, house all OK depending on amenities etc. I have a cat. She's never done any spraying or anything; very housebroken. Had her for 4 years (but she's 13).
Location wise I am hoping to be somewhat central to a cool area; I'm new to Anchorage so I am not sure where I would like to live. Near downtown would be convenient to office.
