General Construction Positions Available Immediately!
We're hiring Laborers/Installers at $25-$45/hour depending on experience, with bi-weekly pay. We're a successful and growing company based in Anchorage, and we're looking for highly motivated people to join our team.

- Willingness to learn new skills and gain knowledge
- Ability to handle physical labor and lift more than 50 pounds
- Strong work ethic, self-motivated, and open to constructive feedback
- Team player who communicates respectfully with clients
- Reliable and goal-oriented
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Comfortable working on ladders
- Committed to following safety regulations and local codes
- Results-focused with a sense of urgency and accountability
Your Responsibilities:
- Prepare and clean job sites, work yard, shed, and work trucks
- Load and unload materials
- Operate equipment and hand tools
- Maintain tools and equipment
- Follow municipal codes
Experience in construction or roofing is a plus but not required!
