12’ Length x 8’ wide float plane shack / shed. Built heavy from wood cribbing from maritime shipping lumber/timber sitting on 6x6 wood skids built in. Dry inside with metal roof with overhang that could be usefull for hanging gear or a fuel set up. Has an overhead area up to the roof so spacious and has a mezzanine shelf that is about full width and 4ft deep to the back. Heavy metal door. Painted in classic airport colors. Shed is insulated in the walls with foam. Can be delivered in anchorage / lake hood area for an extra fee. I jack it up and offloading and placment is your responsibility. Great price relative to the crazy cost these days of used sheds and building an equal sized shed in materials alone. trailer not included. Contact for a time to view. Putting it away soon for winter so nows the time before snow sets in.
