Pacific Building Services is looking for multiple Maintenance positions in Anchorage and the Mat-Su Borough. Candidate must have clean background, reliable transportation and be able to work indepedently and on a team. Seeking a management position who can speak with customers, manage employees, manage time and materials on job and ensure quality control and scheduled. Technical skills of replying to email/texts and calls in a timely matter is a must. This position will have opportunities for overtime, on-call hours occasionally is necessary.
Key Responsibilities
Preventive Maintenance & Repairs: Conduct regular inspections and repairs on HVAC systems, plumbing, lighting, electrical systems, and machinery to ensure proper functioning.
General Building Maintenance: Perform repairs on walls, flooring, doors, windows, and roofs; perform painting and structural repairs.
Safety & Compliance: Inspect fire alarms, safety systems, and emergency exits to comply with local regulations and ensure a safe environment.
Grounds & Facility Upkeep: Maintain exterior areas, including landscaping, snow removal, and parking lot cleanliness.
Work Orders & Reporting: Respond to maintenance requests, document completed tasks in maintenance logs, and report major issues to management.
Vendor Management: Assist in coordinating with outside contractors for specialized repairs
