Looking for full time, all year, employment.
If you've never lived in or handled a small town (~1,000 population), this isn't for you. We need someone who understands small-town living, stays reliable year-round, and can run a tight, profitable bar. Upside is we are in a fabulous, outdoor paradise.
Core Responsibilities:
Run a high-volume service bar covering food, drink, and casino floor traffic.
Maintain strict pour control, drawer accuracy, and liquor inventory.
Keep the bar clean, stocked, and moving fast without sacrificing service standards.
Handle local regulars, tourists, and game-day crowds with equal authority and hospitality.
Requirements:
5+ years of high-volume bartending experience (bar, restaurant, and/or casino environment).
Background living/working in a rural or small-town environment preferred (no city-shock).
Absolute reliability, clean speed, and zero drama.
Knowledge of gaming/casino bar service is a strong plus.
