The property has a quirky, fun sunroom, a pond, a hiking trail, and a small hobby farm full of useless animals with unique personalities.
You will need awd or 4wd for winter. There are multiple options for lease.
1. Weekly at $250 a week. Dry cabin only with outhouse.
2. Month to month lease at $700 a month completely dry with outhouse. You will have to go to town for shower, laundry, potable water.
3. Month to month lease at $850 a month with outhouse and INCLUDES access to a shower, laundry, and sink to fill potable water.
4. Winter rental (mid September - mid May) at $650 completely dry with outhouse. You will have to go to town for shower, laundry, potable water.
5. Winter rental (beginning of September - end of May) at $800 a month with outhouse and INCLUDES access to shower, laundry, and sink to fill potable water.
So you have the option to be completely dry for less rent or access to running water located approximately 75 feet away in a separate shop. All prices include electricity, heat, internet, snow removal on the driveway and walkways to the cabin (approx 100 feet from the driveway), and garbage.
Pets are welcome with no additional fee. Proof of employment required. No hard drugs or heavy partiers. This is a peaceful refuge for animals and people alike so a positive, friendly vibe is what we're looking for to add to our little compound. We do tend to hang out a lot but you don't need to if you don't want to.
Refundable deposit of $500 plus first month rent due upon move in and signing of a lease.
