Lease Terms & Policies
• All leases run through April 30 each year. We prioritize year-round tenants. We do not rent to seasonal tenants.
• We intentionally keep the rent at or below the average market rate.
• This is not a vacation rental property.
• Dog-friendly (1 dog maximum).
o Absolutely no cats or other pets.
o Dogs must attend a pet interview at the showing.
• Strict no smoking or vaping policy anywhere on the property, including balconies, common areas, and parking lot.
• Quiet hours: 10:00 pm – 7:00 am

Scheduling a Showing
Please send a private message to schedule a showing. Jake Schmultzer will meet you at the property for the showing. He will conduct the pet interview, if applicable. Since Jake works a full-time job in addition to serving as our handyman, we need to be flexible with his showing schedule. Any of our tenants will tell you that he is fabulous.
We are sorry to see our current tenant leaving. She needs to move back to Anchorage, no later than October 31st. She might have boxes and items in the unit during the showings. We are happy to connect you will people around town that know us, including current/former tenants.
We value clear, respectful communication and look forward to finding a tenant who will enjoy this beautiful home as much as others have.
