Southern California staffing company specializing in partnering with prominent residential and commercial builders is looking for motivated, dependable individuals for demolition and demolition cleanup work.
TEMP WORK | DAILY JOB PLACEMENTS | EARLY MORNING STARTS
JOB DUTIES MAY INCLUDE:
Demolition and tear-out work
Demo cleanup and removal of debris
Sweeping and jobsite cleanup
Loading and unloading materials and debris
Moving construction materials
Hauling trash and debris
Assisting demolition crews
General labor around active construction sites
Keeping work areas clean, safe, and organized
SHIFT INFORMATION:
Shifts typically start around 5:00 AM
Start times may vary depending on the jobsite
Daily/temporary job placements available
Opportunity for ongoing work for reliable workers
Both jobsite workers and backup/standby positions available
REQUIREMENTS:
Reliable transportation required
Must be able to drive approximately 10–20 miles to various job sites
Must have your own steel-toe boots
Previous demolition, construction, or general labor experience is a plus, but not required
Must be dependable and ready to work early mornings
Must be comfortable working in active construction and demolition environments
HOW IT WORKS:
You will need to check in with dispatch when you arrive with a working, non-Wi-Fi cell phone. Dispatch will provide available job offers from day to day.
You may also need access to a computer to complete hiring documents and make the application process easier.
