2021 6'x10' Utility Trailer - $3,800 (Anacortes)

I am selling this utility trailer for $3800.00 or best REASONABLE offer. Please no low-ball offers. This trailer has been used for General Contracting and has only had 1 owner. I have the title, free and clear, in hand. I've used it since 21' to operate a full-service remodeling and repair company. I built custom shelves inside and designed them for hand tools and power tools. I left enough room to fit 4'x8' sheet goods on the floor with the doors closed. This allows for up to 17 sheets of 1/2" product to be laid and hauled out of the rain. I've been able to haul much of my needed supplies for small to moderate-size jobs inside this trailer. It's a pretty efficient setup if that's what you plan on using it for. The pictures show pack-outs being used, but those DO NOT come with it. It's only to show how I used it.
It requires a 2" ball.
The tires have a lot of tread left on them.
The trailer has some evidence of wear but is in perfect working condition for many more years of service.
If you don't plan on using it for construction, all the customizations can be removed easily. Nothing was glued on.
The roof does not leak and all door seals work perfectly.
