Quiet and sunny apartment at one end of house on a small farm at the end of the road. heated by wood stove. The rent includes propane, water and electricity. The renter provides their own firewood. Must be willing to be conservative with resources and live within the constraints of a solar powered off grid system. Asking first, last and deposit. May consider partial work trade. I will need to approve if you have a pet.
