Was purchased new from Ashley Furniture and spent the last 3 years sitting in an apartment that no one lived in. The space was periodically visited, cleaned, aired out and kept in hygienic condition but not used on a daily basis. No visible defects.
If seriously considering purchasing, please note that the sofa is located on the second floor of an apartment building and will need to be moved down a steep and narrow rickety old flight of stairs. Consider planning for adequate manpower to safety move the item.
